The Ranges Home Physio is a registered NDIS provider of physiotherapy services, based in the community of Macedon Ranges and its surrounds. We are pleased to provide services for NDIS participants, aged care recipients and private clients.
Physiotherapy services are delivered under a person-centred, mobile services model. We work with our clients in their homes or within their local community to maximise treatment outcomes.
Locations
Telehealth services are available Australia-wide for participants who live outside of the service catchment area. For those in our service area, it may be used in combination with in-home or community-based visits.
Technology such as a phone, computer or tablet can be used to complete assessments and provide therapy. It can be successfully used by participants of all ages and abilities.
